Located in historic downtown Glenwood Springs, Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse mixes the old with the new in the iconic 7th Street building that was constructed in the late 1800's. Down the street from the Glenwood Springs Train Depot and directly across the Colorado River from the famous Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, this building and restaurant has rooted history in town, making Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse a favorite of locals and visitors alike.

We choose only the best ingredients, including Colorado Sterling Silver beef, lamb, and elk; all of which are natural, minimally processed and free of artificial additives. Any grade of meat can be natural, but Sterling Silver meat is premium by nature – always tender, flavorful, and juicy – every time. Hand-selected and trimmed, this highly marbled beef product is put through a computer vision-grading system to verify premium quality.

We source the best local produce and fresh seafood that is delivered six days a week. Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse is also famous for the award-winning Chocolate Mousse pie and the extensive Wine Selection. There is something for everyone!
